Mission

consuelo y carlos

OLAA has a specific mission - to stimulate and coordinate statewide efforts promoting the social and economic well-being, political capacity, and civic leadership of the Latino community in Oregon.

Our goal is to establish a broad-based statewide coalition of Latino organizations, community groups, and individuals to strategically advocate and work for systems change and to develop policy recommendations on issues affecting our communities.

To these ends, we champion an open and participatory model of engagement, supported by sound research and social analysis, and non-partisan political and the legislative processes.
